Dr. Pat Macario, D.C.
Dr. Pat Macario earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1996, graduating Cum Laude with Clinical Honours. Since then, he has pursued extensive continuing education in the fields of Neurology and Rehabilitation.

He is an active member of both the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and he maintains good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

Dr. Macario is the Clinic Director as well as the sole owner and operator of The Rehab Centre of Maple. Since founding the clinic over 24 years ago, he has built a reputation grounded in trust, integrity, and transparency—delivering exceptional care to every patient.

Chiropractor
Dr. Jacob Ceccanese, D.C.
Dr. Jacob Ceccanese spent most of his childhood and adolescent years growing up in the York Region, playing both competitive hockey and soccer. Through his love of sports, he developed a passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation. He began his pursuit for a career in health care at the University of Guelph-Humber, where he studied Kinesiology. After graduating with honours, Dr. Jacob pursued to further his education by completing the four-year Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

Dr. Jacob utilizes a holistic approach to manual therapy and movement with all patients. His belief is finding the root cause of one’s pain or dysfunction to provide a higher level of care with lasting results. He can utilize the appropriate intervention to help you move and feel better through a systematic approach. Integrating his 8 years of experience with personal training and sports conditioning before becoming a chiropractor, he understands the value of movement and the importance of incorporating active approaches to care.

Taral Shah, PT
​Taral is a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist, registered with the College of
Physiotherapists of Ontario and a proud member in good standing with the Ontario Physiotherapy Association.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, she specializes in orthopaedic and sports injury management, treating a diverse range of conditions including sports-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and common musculoskeletal discomforts.
Taral integrates advanced therapeutic techniques such as Active Release Therapy (ART), Myofascial Release, Manual Therapy, and Therapeutic Taping into her treatments to achieve optimal recovery and improve function. Her personalized approach to physiotherapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring that her clients receive the most effective and up-to-date care available.
In addition to her expertise in orthopaedic care, She has a passion for pediatric physiotherapy. She has worked with children as young as one day old, addressing complex conditions such as cerebral palsy, delayed developmental milestones, hypotonia, torticollis,
plagiocephaly, and prematurity. Taral has specialized training in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT) and Sensory Integration, allowing her to offer tailored interventions for children with developmental challenges.
Taral’s commitment to her profession extends beyond her clinical practice. She continuously pursues ongoing education and professional development, attending specialized courses and staying abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
Outside of her practice, Taral values quality time with family and friends, enjoys traveling, and actively participates in volunteering within her community. Her holistic approach to life and work underscores her dedication to helping others live their best, pain-free lives.

L. Bryanne Kiddie, MScPT, BSc. Hon. Kin.
Bryanne graduated with her Master's of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2008. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Waterloo where she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Honours Kinesiology in 2006.
Bryanne is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She is also a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and its orthopaedic division.

Andrew Kao
Andrew completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University. He first developed his passion for physiotherapy from playing competitive sports and seeing the importance of physiotherapy on his own injury management and rehab. As an avid tennis player, and having competed at the national level as a junior and on the Queen's University varsity tennis team, he understands the challenges that come with managing risk of injury with staying and peak performance. Whether you are a high-level athlete, a weekend warrior, or nursing a workplace injury, Andrew is experienced and well-equipped with addressing your unique needs.
Following a thorough hands-on assessment, Andrew will provide an evidence-based individualized rehab program to tackle your specific needs, utilizing strategies like manual therapy, education, and exercise. He has a passion for empowering you to take your health into your own hands and reach your activity goals, and to help you thrive as you go through your rehabilitation journey.
When he’s not in the clinic, you can find Andrew on the tennis court, playing volleyball, or brushing up on his Spanish.

Registered Massage Therapist
Sokha Oeur, RMT
Sokha is a graduate of the Wellspring College of Massage Therapy and is a member of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
She uses a variety of massage techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, joint mobilization and hydrotherapy to resolve many muscular conditions.

Erica Robertson, RMT, D.O.M.P
Erica graduated from Centennial College with an advanced diploma in massage therapy. She has continued in her education by taking numerous courses in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulations, muscle energy techniques and ligamentous articular strain.
Erica is a registered massage therapist with the College of Massage Therapists in Ontario. She is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Ivy Rong Xiao, GEN-R. TCMP & R. Ac.,
Ivy Xiao is a General Registered TCM practitioner and Acupuncturist in College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of Ontario. She completed a five year program and graduated from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the top TCM universities in China, with a bachelor’s degree of medicine in 1991. Awarded the honor educated student, she was invited to work in the university hospital as a Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine doctor. She followed Professor Chao Jie-Xun who is the most famous expert in treating ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, to study the alternative research and treatment in this field.
After finished her master courses in 2000, she immigrated to Canada and worked as a medical researcher in Obstetrics & Gynecology department, Sunnybrook and Women’s College Hospital, University of Toronto.

As a caring and experienced practitioner, Ivy is very expert in creating positive patient relations, she always conduct patients care, determine the nature of a patient’s condition. Her practice characteristic is emphasize the harmony between human being and nature, using nature herbs and acupuncture needles directly reach the lesion and devising appropriate treatment plan to gain the maximal effects.

Dr. Helen Kwa, D.C.
Dr. Helen Kwa graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto in 2003. She furthered her training by completing the Clinical Acupuncture course offered through CMCC continuing education and the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program.
Her treatments include soft tissue techniques (such as Active Release Technique), diversified technique, kinesiotaping, custom orthotics and compression stockings. She is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Dr. Kwa is in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
